About the Role

Global CB is expanding its dynamic team and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us deliver world-class compliance and certification solutions to our international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify B2B leads through research, outreach, and networking

  • Conduct cold calling, emailing, and follow-ups with potential clients

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term success

  • Prepare and manage business proposals, quotations, and CRM records

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the UK, UAE, and Pakistan to support business growth

Required Skills & Expertise

  • B2B Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Cold Calling & Client Outreach

  • CRM Management & Proposal Handling

  • Market Intelligence & Analytical Thinking

  • Knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) or ISO Standards will be an advantag
