Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships across international markets. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong sales instincts and a passion for building strategic commercial outreach. You will play a key role in lead generation, client engagement, and market expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will:
Lead B2B outbound prospecting and generate qualified sales leads.
Conduct multichannel outreach including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and networking.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and follow up on sales proposals.
Nurture client relationships for long-term success and retention.
Manage and update CRM systems to maintain accurate sales pipelines.
Conduct market research & competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Represent Global CB at business events, expos, and corporate meetings.
Who We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in an onsite, high-performance environment.
